Return & refund
If your order got delivered and you found the wrong product or damaged product, don’t worry we will replace you the product. We are very careful about this while packing and dispatching. There will be no return possible if you didn’t like the product or wanted to cancel after delivery.
Return procedure
If you received a wrong or damaged product you should first report us on whatsapp or call us.
You can send us the product directly to our address. The product should be unused and unpacked. It should be packed again to avoid further damage or missing.
Cancellation & refund
If you ordered any product from our website or through whatsapp, you can cancel the order within 12 hours by contacting us through whatsapp or by calling us. The refund will be issued in 3-7 business days.
