Shipping policy

We are committed and responsible to deliver our customers the right product they ordered. We keep right communication with our customers soon after they placed the order through our website.

Delivery

As soon as we dispatch the package, we provide our customers with tracking number to track their package. Usually Indiapost deliver the package in 5-10 days anywhere in India.

Dispatch

We dispatch most of the order in one day or within 2 days of order via Indiapost parcel. If the item in not in our stock, we immediately asks the customer whether to wait until the item restocks in few days or to have a refund. If the customer chooses to wait for restock, we keep the customer updated and dispatches the item as soon as it arrives.

we can also dispatch with any other courier team like DTDC, DHL etc. as with extra delivery cost charges.

Packing

We pack your order very carefully with protections and proper insulation so as to avoid any kind of damage or scratches to the product.
